Returns

  • You can return sheets within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the sheets must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.

Refunds

  • If your return meets the criteria above, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process once we receive your returned item.

Issues with Color or Size

  • If there’s an issue with the color or size of your sheets, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue, including processing your return for a full refund.

Return Fees

  • Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sheets that have been used or washed due to hygiene reasons. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing.
